Why Do Some Abductee-Experiencers See Military Personnel During “Alien” Abductions?

We are beginning this article with a project termed MKULTRA – also referred to as “The CIA’s Mind Control Program,” because there are individuals who are “in the loop” so to speak, who believe this operation is continuing to this day. Many people experience cognitive dissonance when considering the concept of “mind control.” Mind control is a loaded word for behavior modification coupled with the use of drugs, various technologies and sometimes torture. It has been perpetrated by using various forms of the above mentioned methods throughout many cultures. Due to the number of documents that survived the destruction process by MKULTRA operatives, we believe a program such as this might possibly be exerting a “cause and effect” relationship to ET and/or MILAB/REAB phenomena that have been widely reported over the past five to six decades.
If you take the time to read some of the MKULTRA related documents, the concept of Abductee-Experiencers or AEs seeing military personnel and human scientific personnel during their “alien” abductions will be a logical concept to explore. MKULTRA involved behavior modification, aka, mind control methods that included torture, murder and other criminal activities funded by the U.S. and Canadian Governments. There are people living today bearing the physical and psychological scars from MKULTRA and its 140+ subprojects.
If you think this is a remnant of atrocities from our past, think again. Many believe MKULTRA never ended and that it descended into the deep black world, was reclassified and is continuing in this country and abroad. Perpetrators need not inject people with drugs, slip LSD into their drinks or throw them out of hotel windows when they voice concern for their fellow human beings – we have all types of new technologies, including so-called “nonlethal” technologies, wave technology coupled with the use of satellites and many others that you will read about in subsequent portions of this document.
Logical minds understand that as a single entity, most government workers are not aware of the extensive nature of the UFO-ET phenomenon. Although it is safe to assume those who do know a thing or two have had the information provided to them in a highly compartmentalized manner. There are specific people within the government (specific agencies and military personnel connected with those agencies) who have a “need to know.” Furthermore, by now, it should be common knowledge throughout the world that the CIA conducts all sorts of secret operations on a global scale while dressing their operatives in disguises, which includes military uniforms. It is these individuals we are referring to when we speak to alleged government involvement in abductions. These types of abductions are termed MILABs and REABs. We also suspect what we are seeing with MILABs and REABs are most likely CIA and “private security” specialists because the CIA can deny, lie, and lie some more, whereas a high-ranking military official would be more likely to tell the truth or not comment. (...or maybe not)
There are different hypotheses as to why some AEs (abductee-experiencers) are seeing “military personnel” during their supposed extraterrestrial experiences.
Who Are They Seeing?
The “military personnel”...
a. ...may actually be extraterrestrials using the techniques of mental or technological camouflage, i.e., screen images, to deceive AEs into believing their government is involved
b. ...may be part of a secret agency or black-ops team that is involved in retrieving information from AEs about extraterrestrials
c. ...may be working with a specific extraterrestrial group
d. ...may be hybrids or hubrids – a genetic combination or cross between humans and extraterrestrials – who wear military uniforms to confuse AEs
e. ...may be part of a secret human agency or military team abducting humans in order to create or increase the impression that extraterrestrials abduct humans; or to sow confusion regarding the possible presence and activities of extraterrestrials on Earth; or for some other reason beyond our current understanding.
Motivation
Regardless of whether the abductors are human or extraterrestrial, possible motives for interacting with or abducting AEs include:
a. A longitudinal study – studying AE’s psychological and physiological responses over long periods of time
b. Studying different types of human responses and how they relate to cultural and socioeconomic differences
c. The Creation of a New Race
d. The Creation of a “new and better” soldier which some refer to as “super soldiers”
e. Performing physical experiments for the secret testing of:
(1) new drugs, including vaccinations
(2) cloning / transgenic modifications and transference through collection of human, hybrid or hubrid DNA
(3) behavior modification, aka “mind control” experiments and harassment
(4) alterations of the human and/or extraterrestrial, or hybrid or hubrid genome
(5) unknown and/or extraterrestrial substances, including the release of modified or new diseases
(6) inducing paranormal experiences
(7) studies and experiments involving human consciousness, including, but not limited to, states of shared consciousness between extraterrestrials and human beings and consciousness splitting experiments
Maintaining Secrecy
Whether we are dealing with extraterrestrials or a nefarious group of powerful human beings, there is an obvious disinformation campaign that has been occurring for the past 70 years. This has been orchestrated to mislead AEs – and therefore the research community as well as the public – as to what the truth is. In order to take the focus away from the true agenda, the extraterrestrials may want AEs to remember seeing humans, and the humans may want AEs to remember seeing extraterrestrials, which of course includes hybrids and now, according to Dr. David Jacobs, hubrids: Beings that are not completely human, but look just like us.
Altruistic Behavior
It is doubtful, but not impossible, that the human component would have intentions of helping their fellow human beings. Unless the human group has developed the technology to look into mankind’s future, our hypothesis is that any assisting behaviors related to this phenomenon would include a small group of humans who have split from the MILAB CABAL group. It is also sensible to assume that spiritual beings come in both positive and negative forms with possible similar agendas, and some of these intelligences might be attempting to influence or are in fact impacting the overall phenomenon.
There may also be attempts to show AEs what mankind’s future holds, perhaps even to demonstrate what specific extraterrestrials are planning. AEs experience encounters referred to as visions and teaching experiences which some AEs feel more comfortable calling dreams. Teaching experiences occur within the context of ET contact and the AE actively participates in them, whereas visions are normally shown to the AE. Some “visions” occur during remote viewing as well as when an individual is talented enough to place their consciousness in another location, time or dimension. ET visions and teaching experiences are used to convey an extraordinary amount of information over a relatively short period of time. Both could illustrate truth or be of a deceptive nature. Most abductee-experiencers or AEs, describe both of these phenomena as being incredibly vivid and some people remember many details about them.
On the other hand, it is important to keep in mind that many of these same phenomena can be induced via drugs, electronic “beaming” technologies using microwaves and satellites, ELFs and EM technologies, remote viewing and human telepathic capabilities. One only has to read the documents related to MKULTRA to understand that these experiments could account for many of the memories AEs retain and report. Yet, we must be able to use this hypothesis to account for the unusual scars and body marks left behind, reports of missing fetuses and highly unusual conflicts with pregnancies, multiple witnessed abductions, accounts of AEs passing through solid objects and describing exactly how it feels and how it appears; time that has sped up and accounts of bi-location, levitation and visiting one’s own future as well as one’s past – all of this while maintaining complete conscious recollections and awareness of such occurrences. These are all phenomena associated with experiences reported by abductee-experiencers.
Many of the ET led or induced visions and teaching experiences AEs reported at least four decades ago pointed toward a potential catastrophic war and earth changes that would occur in our future. As we have continued moving toward the future, we are indeed experiencing a global war as well as global weather changes. Through desensitization and training, ET induced visions and teaching dreams may be tools extraterrestrials are using as a way to help AEs maintain a certain level of functioning during these or worse catastrophic events. Additionally, it appears that AEs are being used as instruments of dialogue between “normal” humans and ETs in such a manner as to bypass the MILAB Cabal, i.e., the controllers.
On the other hand, if these phenomena are indeed being perpetrated by a MILAB CABAL or another generation of MKULTRA-type psychotic scientists or potentially all of the above, we should ask: What is their motivation? What is their goal? Is it an elaborate war of disinformation to make people believe they are being abducted or visited by extraterrestrials so they can continue to experiment on them and extract their DNA and perhaps even their consciousnesses? The past 20 years revolutionized humans’ ability to communicate on a global scale. The next 20 years will see a revolution involving our DNA… and guess what? Our DNA may not be as “human” as we once believed. When we merge that DNA with technology, what do you suppose will happen?

CIA documents suggest that “chemical, biological and radiological” means were investigated for the purpose of mind control as part of MKULTRA. A secret memorandum granted the MKULTRA director up to six percent of the CIA research budget in fiscal year 1953, without oversight or accounting. An estimated $10 million USD (roughly $87.5 million adjusted for inflation) or more was spent.
